We will be using the ONLINE REGISTRATIONS for all “United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA)” memberships.  Members of the USASA are eligible to participate in national tournaments such as Copper Cup (January 15-17 2011), Grand Canyon Cup (March 2011), National Cup (May 13-15 2011),  just to name a few.

Instructions

1.  Click the on the following link to register:  https://azwomenssoccer.sportssignup.com/lss/Login.aspx?lid=85022001

2.  All Players will be require to create an account, the first time they log in the data base. 

3.  After the account is created, you can login to register and make your payment.

4.  Register on following tab “Arizona Champions League - Mens - AZ Mens CL 2010/2011 Season”  ($22 per player, the membership is valid until July 2011). 

5.  On the comments section please include the name of your team.

6.  Make a payment using the following Visa/MasterCard or Debit Cards.
