The “AZ Academy” men’s soccer team will travel to Las Vegas this weekend to participate in the Silver Mug Tournament presented by Friendship Sports, Inc.

"It is a great opportunity to play in such a high level event this year” mentioned the head coach Conny Lomas. “I have always looked forward to the opportunity of playing other teams outside the US and we are looking forward to great matches".

The Silver Mug Tournament will be played on February 12 - 14, 2011 at the Kellogg-Zaher Soccer Complex in Las Vegas Nevada. 

In their 33 years of existence, Friendship Sports, Inc. has created several sporting events, focusing on adult soccer tournaments. Teams from all around the nation participate in a series of tournaments that are categorized by gender and age groups.
